HP uses a true-to-fit recruitment model and will craft contracts to match client needs.

Types of HP Recruiting Agreements

 

Contingency : Fee Paid upon Hire per Req

 

Exclusive HP-Hire (Retained) : Fee to Launch, Balance due upon Hire per Req

 

Managed Services : Monthly Fee - up to 3 job reqs at one time
